Environment

Environmental law is constantly developing and is becoming increasingly complex and wider in scope under the influence of European law.

Whether you're a property or industrial operator or a project owner with no prior environmental impact, you will probably be directly affected by the legislation. You need to meet the new requirements and quickly understand the legal constraints imposed on you when managing your assets.
Our multi-disciplinary team can advise you, support you and protect your interests, effectively and pragmatically, in all issues relating to environmental law, whatever the size of your business.

With 7 associates including 5 partners, our specialists can assist you in all matters relating to environmental law or environmental taxation.

We can support you from the design stage of your industrial/building projects through to filing applications for administrative permits; we can offer advice during the operation of industrial sites and on the termination or sale of your business. In particular, we have acquired extensive dialogue experience with administrative authorities in conjunction with design offices.

As such, we can protect your interests in any administrative or legal litigation.

Our team, working closely with the Property Law department, can also assist you with any property transactions involving assets raising environmental issues (site closure in a city centre, site redevelopment, environmental risk management, negotiation of environmental clauses).

We can also support you, alongside our Corporate Department, in mergers and acquisitions, company sales, financing and restructuring operations.
